Our Policies
Clear guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all clients and therapists
Thank you for choosing PB Mobile Massage for your therapeutic bodywork needs. To ensure a respectful and professional experience for both our clients and dedicated therapists, we’ve established the following policies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, serene, and professional environment for healing and wellness.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and wellness journey. To honor our therapists’ schedules and allow other clients to book available time slots, we require advance notice for any appointment changes.
โฐ Required Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Why this matters: When appointments are cancelled or missed without adequate notice, our therapists lose valuable time that could have been offered to other clients seeking services. Your advance notice helps us maintain fair access to appointments for everyone.
๐ฐ Cancellation Fees
To maintain fairness and respect everyone’s time, the following fees apply to late cancellations and no-shows:
| Situation | Fee |
|---|---|
| First late cancellation or no-show | $25 |
| Subsequent late cancellations or no-shows | Full session fee |
| Cancellations with 24+ hours notice | No fee |
Credit Card on File: We reserve the right to require a credit card on file to secure future appointments after a missed appointment or late cancellation. This ensures appropriate fees can be processed and helps prevent scheduling issues.
๐ฆ๏ธ Understanding Unexpected Circumstances
We recognize that genuine emergencies, illness, and severe weather can disrupt even the best-laid plans. Your safety and health always come first.
- Illness: If you’re experiencing fever, contagious infection, or have had vomiting/diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately to cancel. The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority.
- Medical Emergencies: Unexpected hospitalizations, injuries, or family emergencies will be handled with compassion and understanding.
- Severe Weather: Never compromise your safety to attend an appointment during hazardous conditions. We will also provide notice if we need to cancel appointments due to dangerous weather.
Fee Waiver: Late cancellations due to verifiable emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather will generally not result in a fee. We evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and appreciate your prompt communication.

๐ค Mutual Respect
We are dedicated to treating every client with dignity, respect, and compassion. We insist that our therapists receive the same courtesy in return.

- Our therapists will leave the room while you undress and get on the table
These standards are in place to protect both you and our therapists and are in accordance with Florida massage therapy regulations.
