💆 Session Details

What to expect during your mobile massage appointment

How long will the therapist be at my home?

+

Expect the therapist to be in your home approximately 30-45 minutes beyond your scheduled massage time. This includes setup, health intake, the massage session, and cleanup.

We arrive 10 minutes early to set up, so your massage begins exactly at your scheduled time.

How long is the actual massage?

+

The time you book is the time you receive hands-on massage. Our 60-minute massage is a full 60 minutes of bodywork—not 50 minutes like many spas.

Available session lengths are 60 minutes and 90 minutes.

Do I have to be nude for my massage?

+

No—you undress to your comfort level. Many clients prefer to be fully or partially nude for the best therapeutic results, but you may also keep underwear on, wear a bathing suit, or wear comfortable clothing.

Our therapists are trained in professional draping techniques. You’ll be covered with linens at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort and modesty are always respected.

What should I do after my massage?

+

To maximize the benefits of your massage, drink plenty of water, rest and relax, avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours, and take a warm bath with Epsom salts.

Some temporary soreness is normal, especially after deep tissue work. This typically resolves within 24-48 hours.

🏠 Preparing for Your Session

How to prepare your home and yourself

How should I prepare for my massage?

+

To ensure the best possible experience, clear a space approximately 7ft x 4ft for the massage table, secure pets in another room, and let household members know you need a quiet environment.

Don’t worry about providing sheets or towels—we bring all professional linens and equipment!

What equipment do you bring?

+

We bring everything needed for a complete spa experience: a professional heated massage table, fresh linens, premium massage oils, an aromatherapy diffuser, and soothing music.

All you need to provide is the space and yourself!

How much space do you need?

+

We need approximately 7 feet by 4 feet of clear floor space on a level surface for the massage table and for the therapist to move around comfortably.

This works in master bedrooms, living rooms, guest rooms, home offices, and covered outdoor spaces. We can work with your space—just let us know what you have available!

🏥 Health & Safety

Important health information and contraindications

Are your massage therapists licensed?

+

Yes! Dinyero Milligan (MA91054) is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist (C-MLD) licensed by the State of Florida.

We prioritize your safety and adhere to all Florida Board of Massage Therapy regulations, including continuing education, professional liability insurance, and HIPAA compliance.

Can I receive a massage if I’m pregnant?

+

We do not currently offer prenatal massage services. Our current treatments are not designed for expectant mothers, and we recommend visiting a certified prenatal massage therapist to ensure a safe and effective session.

When should I avoid getting a massage?

+

For your safety, avoid or postpone massage if you have a fever or contagious illness, recent vomiting, acute inflammation, known blood clots, uncontrolled high blood pressure, open wounds, or recent surgery.

Certain medical conditions may require physician clearance: Severe osteoporosis, bleeding disorders, cancer treatment, heart conditions. When in doubt, consult your doctor and inform your therapist of your complete health history.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

+

We have hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options available and will adjust products to ensure your safety and comfort. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your session, including fragrance, essential oil, latex, or nut oil allergies.
