Terms of Service

Welcome to PB Mobile Massage. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for both our clients and therapists.
1. Booking & Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive a massage. We do not provide services to minors.
- Service Area: We provide mobile services to residential and hotel locations within our designated Palm Beach service area. We reserve the right to decline appointments outside this radius.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if we believe it may compromise the safety or professional integrity of our therapists.
2. Medical Disclaimers & Contraindications
Scope of Practice: Our services are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Our therapists do not diagnose illness or prescribe medication.
Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to keep your therapist informed of any medical treatment, physical limitations, or changes in your health. Massage is contraindicated for certain conditions, including but not limited to:
- Infectious or contagious skin conditions
- Acute inflammation or fever
- Recent surgery or acute injury
- Pregnancy: Please note that we do not offer prenatal massage services at this time.
3. Payments & Cancellations
- Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- “No-shows” or failure to be present at the confirmed location will result in a charge of the full service price.
4. Zero Tolerance Conduct Policy
PB Mobile Massage maintains a strictly professional therapeutic environment.
- Inappropriate Behavior: Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, advances, or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session.
- Consequences: In such cases, the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled service, and will be permanently banned from future booking. Authorities may be notified if necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability
By participating in a massage session, you voluntarily assume the risk of injury or harm. You agree to release and hold harmless PB Mobile Massage, its owners, and its therapists from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of your use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or medical information you provide is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective massage therapy, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
